Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund
24-48 Hours Before: 50% cancellation fee applies
Less than 24 Hours: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
No-Show: Full booking amount charged
Some promotional rates and special offers are non-refundable. These bookings cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances. Non-refundable bookings are clearly marked during the booking process.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations due to illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance may cover cancellation fees that our policy does not.
